Top 5 on the Okay List

Blame it on Danny Brown.  I found a blog post from a link on facebook where his wife lists Danny’s five best.  Who among us doesn’t have that list – the ‘it is okay’ list?

Here’s mine.

Terrence Howard – It’s Hard Out Here for a Pimp – yeah, he’s cute – but his voice makes him attractive.

Steve Perry – oh just sing to me baby

Sean Connery – 007, Scottish, gets better looking as he gets older

Omar Sharif – Doctor Zhivago first drew my attention, classic looks

Billy Dee Williams– Lady Sing the Blues (I know he’s aged a lot, still)

That’s it folks.  Two guys with a great voice, a Scot, a gambler and an old guy.  I think it goes without saying I’d want to be a time traveler and visit them in their heyday.

What’s this got to do with anything, you ask.  Well, nothing.  Once and awhile its just fun to travel the segue into the recesses of your brain.

Ha, I love that you put Steve Perry on there – one of the finest voices, period. Though that new guy they have (that they found on YouTube) is pretty damn close 🙂

Right? Still — Steve Perry is THE man.
