Sunday Update: Even When You Don’t Feel Like It

13516371_10208958184888524_2964863772788956805_nSunday would have been a great day to sleep late, go to out to breakfast, read a book and have a lazy day.

I had two boys at my house – my great nephews.  You can bet only one of those things happened.  We went out to breakfast.  Steven and Hunter are always a joy and always exactly what little boys are made of: energy, laughter, and non-stop movement.  They are a double whammy of “Aunt Deby did you know?” and “Aunt Deby can we?”

Saturday night Hunter asked me if we could go outside and catch fireflies.  I told him sure, we can do that, but we don’t have any jars to put them in, and hold on let’s spray down for mosquitoes first.  We didn’t stay outside long – what fun is catching fireflies without jars? Hunter innocently said to me “I’m glad you feel better Aunt Deby.”  I asked him what he meant and he said he was glad I could now go outside and play with him, because I couldn’t before.

Walk a little more.  Find a trainer.  Ride your bike.  Lift weights.  Try yoga.  Even when you don’t feel like it.
