Let’s talk about giving up. You work and work and work and see no movement on the scale. Maddening. You just want to say ‘the heck with it, back to desserts.’ Don’t give up. Keep plugging away. I didn’t get fat in one day, I won’t get healthy in one day either. Keep working, learning, implementing.
