- Parking at the rear of the parking lot won’t kill you. Walking back to your car won’t kill you either. It gives you more steps on your UP band.
- Don’t shop hungry. I had to go to Hy-Vee today for a meeting (client of mine) about wine (yeah, my job sucks) and didn’t eat first.
- I love My Fitness Pal. They keep track of my calories and I just shoot the camera at the package the app does the rest.
- I can buy Strawberry Ale and have a bottle tonight. Because … enough calories left.
- There is no snack food that is good for you. I got raisins and cranberries instead.
- Read the damn labels. Jees! Who know that 8 healthy Tostitos Roasted Garlic and Black Bean chips were 140 calories? 8! I tell ya, 8! Who eats just 8 chips? I did today. I counted them out and added them to the grilled chicken breast strips and it was quite lovely.
- It’s almost spring and 40 degree weather is warm enough to walk! I’ve doubled my steps this week.
