I’ve been asked to keynote at the Ackley, Iowa Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner this evening. This is exciting and an honor for me. I went to school at Ackley-Geneva and I know many of the people who are in business there. It’s been said that local people are not often asked to speak in their hometowns, because they are remembered from their youth – and not from what they’ve done as adults.
